Energiser!!

Each day we do an energiser activity.  Energisers are interactive and co-operative activities that light up a group and bring people together.  They help get a group acquainted, spark a discussion, change the pace, or bring closure to a group activity.  Everyone can play, rules are simple, and the emphasis is on spontaneity, community-building, and most of all, FUN.
