Vietnam....
Eating traditional pho ( a clear soup with beef, pork or chicken, you add fresh salad, sprouts, chilli, fish sauce and lime to it . In a small room three storeys up. This family live in this tiny room, 3 sisters and one friend. They have one set of bunks and a thin squab on the floor. All the cooking is done in this room and the washing up is done in the tiny bathroom, in the sink where both the toilet and shower are. We were invited to their home for dinner, which was a privilege. We were picked up on motorbikes, thousands of bikes are on the streets here and there is constant tooting of horns. To get there, we had to go down lots of narrow alleyways. It was lovely experience and we were treated like royalty.
